• All content on this website (images, text, logos, etc.) is the property of Flower & Flour Studio and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
  
• Prices and availability of products, workshops, and services are subject to change without notice.
  
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
  

• Orders can be placed through our website, via email, or in-store.
• Full payment is required at the time of order to confirm custom cakes, flower arrangements, and class bookings.
• Special Events: For special events, a deposit is required at the time of the order to secure your date, and the remaining full payment is due exactly two (2) weeks prior to the event date.
• We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other listed payment methods securely via our payment processor.

• Custom Cakes & Floral Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery to receive a refund or credit.
• Workshops, Classes & Private Events: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may receive store credit only, at our discretion.
• Special Events: All deposits for special events are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations must be made a minimum of one (1) week prior to the event date to receive a full refund of any balances paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
• No-Shows: No-shows or same-day cancellations are strictly non-refundable.

Because our products are perishable and custom-made to order, we do not accept physical returns. However, we want you to be completely happy with your experience. Refunds or store credit may be issued in the following specific cases:

• You receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete.
• Your order arrives damaged or unusable (this must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photos).
• A class, workshop, or event is cancelled by Flower & Flour Studio.

Note: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Store credit may be offered in the form of a digital gift card.

We take pride in using the freshest ingredients and seasonal blooms. Because every single item is handmade and crafted with natural elements, slight variations in color, design, or shape may occur. These variations are not considered defects but are rather part of the unique, artisanal charm of our creations.

Our products are made in a facility that processes common allergens. Items may contain or come into contact with dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, and wheat. Please notify us of any allergies before placing an order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

To ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment for our community and our team, we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
