Welcome to Flower & Flour Studio! By using our website, placing an order, or booking a class or event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

• All content on this website (images, text, logos, etc.) is the property of Flower & Flour Studio and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
   
• Prices and availability of products, workshops, and services are subject to change without notice.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
   

• Orders can be placed through our website, via email, or in-store.
   
• Full payment is required at the time of order to confirm custom cakes, flower arrangements, and class bookings.
   
• We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other listed payment methods securely via our payment processor.
   

• For custom cakes or floral orders, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery to receive a refund or credit.
   
• For workshops or private events, cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may receive credit only at our discretion.
   
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
   

Because our products are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be happy with your experience. Refunds or store credit may be issued in the following cases:

• You receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete
   
• Your order arrives damaged or unusable (must be reported within 24 hours with photos)
   
• A class or event is cancelled by Flower & Flour Studio
   

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Store credit may be offered in the form of a digital gift card.

We take pride in using the freshest ingredients and blooms. Since every item is handmade, slight variations in color, design, or shape may occur. These are not considered defects and are part of the unique charm of our creations.

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat. Please notify us of any allergies before placing an order. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
